tribunals are free for employees, but for the employer there's
always a cost, even if you win.
Average
legal costs are between £2,500- £5,000 for a basic, unfair
dismissal claim and up to £10,000 is possible for some cases.
Then there's the time devoted to gathering evidence and preparing
for a Tribunal - the effect of this on day-to-day running
